Hey, there. We all know there's a little bit of nerd in all of us ... not that there's anything wrong with that. And, I'll be the first to own-up to the nerdness factor. So, I want to pass along info about the upcoming nErDcamp in Bellingham: REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN! Camp will take place on Sunday, Feb. 26, 2017.
Also the WWU Children's Literature Conference takes place the day before nErDcamp on Saturday, Feb. 25. This year's speakers are Rita Williams-Garcia, Laurie Halse Anderson, Matt Phelan, and Christian Robinson. Registration is here.
It will be quite a kidlit weekend in Bellingham. So, don't be shy, polish your spectacles, sharpen your pencils, even wipe-down your pocket protector if you're lucky enough to have one, and sign-up!

This really is one of my favorite weekends of the year. Gutted to miss it this year (we'll be out of town), but if anyone else gets a chance, GO!
